How do I order medicines?

You can search for medicines using the search bar, browse by category, or ask our AI Voice Agent. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

How do prescriptions work?

For Rx-only medicines, you will be prompted to upload a valid prescription during checkout or when adding to the cart. Our pharmacists will review it before confirming the order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, log in to your account and go to the "My Orders" page. You can view the live status of your delivery there.

How do refill reminders work?

Inside your past orders, you can click "Set Reminder" on any medicine. We will remind you to reorder before you run out, ensuring you never miss a dose.

How does AI Voice Agent help?

The AI Voice Agent lets you search, order, and track medicines simply by speaking. Click the microphone icon and speak naturally, just like talking to a pharmacist.
