When you create a DawaAI account we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery addresses, and order history. If you upload a prescription, we store the image and any medical reports or allergies you add to your health profile so pharmacists can review them.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to process orders, verify prescriptions, deliver medicines, send order and refill notifications, and improve the medicines and recommendations you see. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Prescription & Health Data
Prescription images and health profile data (allergies, medical reports) are only visible to pharmacy staff fulfilling your order. This information helps pharmacists flag potential safety concerns before dispensing medication.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. DawaAI never stores your card number — Stripe handles all payment details on its own secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Your Choices
You can update or delete your saved addresses, allergies, and medical reports at any time from your account settings. To request deletion of your account entirely, contact us through the Contact page.
