Using DawaAI

DawaAI connects you with a pharmacy to browse, order, and receive medicines. You must provide accurate account and delivery information, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Prescription Medicines

Medicines marked "Rx required" can only be dispensed after a licensed pharmacist reviews a valid prescription you upload. DawaAI and its pharmacy partners reserve the right to reject an order if the prescription is unclear, expired, or does not match the items ordered.

Orders & Payment

Orders can be paid via Cash on Delivery or card payment at checkout. Prices, delivery fees, and availability are confirmed at the time of order placement and may change without notice. Orders can be cancelled by pharmacy staff before dispatch; sold stock is automatically restored when this happens.

Medical Disclaimer

DawaAI's voice and chat assistants do not provide medical advice and will not recommend medicines for symptoms. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any medication.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DawaAI after an update means you accept the revised terms.
